NSDC was held on May 27th, 2023 for the preliminary round. There were 32 schools that joined this competition from Bogor Regency. SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong was represented by Umar, Nazkia and Stefany. Umar and Nazkia are the XI grade of Pioneer Class. Stefany is the X grade of Pioneer Class. They had prepared for 1 month then practiced with English teachers. For preliminary round, there were 2 rounds with 10 motions that had been given 2 days before. Every team had 2 times debate and it was taken 16 teams to continue to the octo round. With God’s grace, They continued to the Quarter, Semi final then Final Round. They faced SMA Regina Caeli for the Quarter final, SMAN 1 Cibinong for Semifinal and SMAN 1 Dramaga for the final. Totally, there were 5 rounds that they faced with 5 different motions. The motion from quarter, semi final & final were given directly on the spot.That was full of tense and all of the students were excited about this competition. As the result, SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong came out the winner of NSDC 2023 and Umar got the best speaker 2023.
